Get a 4-hour response by phone or email for trouble tickets submitted electronically 24/7. This introductory level is for clients with up to 30 users. Server environments:  BES, BES w/MVS and BPS

BlackBerry Advantage Support Package
Get a 2-hour response by phone or email for trouble tickets submitted electronically 24/7 PLUS phone support 24/7. This introductory level is for clients with up to 30 users with option to purchase annual fees for additional users up to 1,000. Server environments:  BES, BES w/MVS.  BPS limited to 30 users.

BlackBerry Standard Support Package
Get a 2-hour response by phone or email for trouble tickets submitted electronically 24/7 PLUS Level 2 phone support 24/7.  For clients with up to 500 users with option to purchase annual fees for additional users up to 50,000+ . Server environments:  BES, BES w/MVS.

BlackBerry Premium Support Package
Get a 1-hour response by phone or email for trouble tickets submitted electronically 24/7 PLUS DART phone support 24/7.  For clients with up to 1,000 users with option to purchase annual fees for additional users up to 50,000+. Server environments:  BES, BES w/MVS.

BlackBerry Elite Support Package
Get a 2-hour response by phone or email for trouble tickets submitted electronically 24/7 PLUS phone support 24/7 and a designated Support Account Manager. For clients with up to 20,000 users with option to purchase annual fees for additional users up to 50,000+. Server environments:  BES, BES w/MVS.
